Unity Video animation
This project is still under development, and I worked as the project manager for this plan. Some of the progress to date is shown below. In general, we plan to use virtual production to produce cost-effective promotional videos in the Unity Virtual Office through animations.

Unity China Branding project
“We believe the world is a better place with more creators in it.” is the core of Unity’s business. Therefore, the digital marketing team wants to bring more creators into the world and help them succeed, and, in doing so, shape our brand image. We set a series of communication goals for different platforms to reach different types of users.
Video is our main focus. We simplify the complex theoretical concepts of the Unity engine and make it more in line with the aesthetics of artists and the general public. By doing so, we broke the communication logjam for developers. We have also re-categorized and re-engineered our existing video channels. Proper and explicit guidelines will simplify the learning cost for our users. At the same time, we have also worked closely with our team of instructors and technical artists to produce various Unity tutorial videos.

Unity Bootcamp is a project produced by Unity Edu. Team and Marketing Team. We have set three visions to support this project.

In this project, I was mainly responsible for producing the video and its online distribution. I am proud to say that we generated 6,438 Effective leads, 230 Students, and 6,120,000 RMB of Revenue due to the online channels.

Web Design

As the primary channel to reach customers, we work with all departments to produce website content outlines and the initial preview of the web pages under the guidelines provided by Unity Creative Studios. With the approval of different department heads, we publish these pages publicly, and we use SEO optimization and paid media for targeted marketing.
Asset Store Ops

The Asset Store has run over 15 promotions of varying strength during my internship. During the promotions, I am mainly responsible for localizing and operating Chinese landing pages, promotion posters and affiliate team emails. Below, I have selected some of the designs used for promotional activities.
China Joy 2021
China Joy is the largest gaming and digital entertainment expo in Asia. We joined this challenging but significant event during the pandemic as the digital communications support team (articles, photos, videos, etc.). We are also in charge of companion supply management. We generated 24 million media exposures, added 1.5k followers to our social channels(WeChat/Weibo/Bilibili), and gained 40k total video views.

Conclusion
The internship experience at Unity was exciting and hectic, as I was required to take on more responsibility in a minor digital marketing team. As you have seen earlier, I am involved in the company’s overall business. This has been a new and helpful experience for me.
